Kidney Disease Alternative Splicing Database (KDASDB) is a specialized database focusing on alternative splicing events (ASEs) derived from a large number of kidney disease cases, with a collection of 90273 ASEs, identified from 2406 samples, 29 kinds of kidney diseases, covering human and mouse species. KDASDB provide user-friendly query and visualization interfaces to help researchers to quickly obtain AS state and explore their biological function. By providing a comprehensive insight into the ASEs in kidney disease, KDASDB will contribute to a deeper understanding of the pathogenesis of kidney diseases and the search for new treatment strategies.
